1.What forms of payment do you accept?
We only accept the payment from PayPal,but if you do not have PayPal account,you can always pay the credit or debit card by checking out as a "guest" through PayPal.
2.What is the latest time to place an order to get it out the same day?
we guarantee we will ship all orders placed before 12pm EST.However,our team is always trying to our best to get out all order on the same purchase day.
3.I plated an order before 12pm EST,but it did not ship?
we will contact you if your order can not ship our for some reason, we will give you the reason and get your confirmation.
4.What shipping courier do you use?
we ship your order by USPS First class mail .and we also offer the faster shipping method option when you check it out.
5.Do you ship the internationally?
Sorry,we do not ship internationally on our website,but we offer the global shipping program for international shipping on eBay.
6.How much do i have to pay for the taxes and duty?
Usually depends on the invoice amount.

We do pack ,prepare and ship the orders over the weekend,however your order will not go out until Monday.
9.if there is something wrong with our shipping address,how we can do?
we are not responsible for the wrong shipping address,please make sure the right and complete shipping address when you check it out.
10.if the package is lost or delay by USPS,how we can do?
we will resend the package or issue the refund if the package is lost by USPS.If the package is delay,we will try our best to solve this with the USPS.
11.Why is my package not tracking?
please track all packages after 6pm EST. You should be able to see the movement then. if you still can not see it,please contact us.
12.if we receive a damaged or defective item,how we can we do?
We always double check your order before we ship it out and make sure the item is in good condition.if you received a damaged or defective item,please contact us and send us the picture of the damaged item,we will resend item.
13.How do we return or exchange a item?
please contact us and follow the return instructions. please return the item in the original condition to us for exchange or refund.We can not accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
14.Do I need an RMA number?
No,but you should contact us and get the return confirmation from the return department.
15.How long does it take for a return to get processed?
We will process all return within 2 business days after we receive the return item.

Yes,we offer 5% off when you spend over $100 , 7% off when you spend over $300 , 10% off when you spend over $500.if you need more detail,please contact us.
17.Do you do wholesale?
Yes,we do.Please contact us to register/update wholesale account. As wholesale account, the wholesale price is 35% off of the shop price,the minimum purchase required is $200.
